MeshDesk provides a shared SMS inbox platform that enables teams to collaboratively manage business text messaging. The Service includes mobile applications, web interfaces, and related features for sending, receiving, and managing SMS communications.

• CAN-SPAM Act
• Carrier messaging policies and guidelines
• 10DLC registration requirements
• Opt-out and consent requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable messaging laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MeshDesk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Payment and Billing

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MESHDESK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeshDesk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
